what does membership Look like?

We believe in fostering an environment of kindness in our industry - one where egos are checked at the door and it feels like family. We believe that collective experiences allow us to connect as humans on a personal level and personal connections lead to the best possible business connections. We combine industry leading experience based networking, education, advertising, and an online community to create a robust support system for wedding and event professionals around the world. All with a mission of giving back to our industry and communities we impact.

Our Values and BELIef statement

While our conversations, education, and events are geared towards the luxury and high end event professional, we have members who are luxury and those trying to up level their business. In short, we welcome all professionals that meet our requirements with open arms, though the price point of our events and our content are geared towards the high end and luxury markets. We feel our group is most beneficial for companies working with budgets over $100k (total event budget) on a consistent basis. 

While we started in Colorado and certainly do have a large Colorado base, but have grown and more than half our members now reside all over the United States and Canada. We will still have up to 6 Colorado events per year while adding 10 pop-up 2-3 day events, intimate dinners, and add on events throughout the country when possible + online events to keep everyone connected across our network.  The more members we have in each area, the more events we will host. 

We have monthly round table discussion - online events as well as bonus online speed networking events. We are planning 4 larger scale, multi-day events as well as intimate dinners and activities in areas where our members reside and industry professionals gather plus pop up events throughout major cities in the US. 

With a goal of leaving egos checked at the door and leading with kindness, we combine an online listing, advanced education, monthly online interactive community meetups, and in person networking that is focused on interactive and experience based events for luxury and high end event professionals.  We believe that doing human things will lead to authentic, vulnerable relationships. We also have an online forum on facebook for all our members where you can ask questions, share referrals, and have conversations. We are a privately held company with a mission to change how we network in our industry. 

While we do have a lot of wedding professionals, Emerge has always been open to all event professionals and we are adding a lot of corporate and social event professionals, DMCs, and event staff that do other types of events to our membership.
